Senior debt

Sandridge Securities works with private offices, high net worth individuals, private financiers, specialist lending options and institutional lenders.

We arrange terms for senior debt funding for residential property, commercial property, land developments, construction projects and refinancing.

Our facilities fall into two categories:

  1. Land facilities which assist in acquisition to enable borrowers to acquire their sites, and/or

  2. Construction facilities which enable development of a property
    Up to 90% TDC
    Rates starting at 9% p/a
    Loan sizes from $5M – 100M (higher by agreement)

Mezzanine Finance

Mezzanine Finance solutions allow our property developers to access more capital for other projects. To secure higher gearing than traditional options, Sandridge Securities has the strategic relationships to keep your project pipeline moving.

Mezzanine solutions enable:

  • Gearing in excess of 85% of LVR

  • Quick turnarounds

  • Flexible solutions

  • Rates from 15% per annum

  • Up to 36 month facilities

Preferred Equity

For times when you need a little bit extra, preferred equity can be secured to rank above ordinary equity in the capital stack. It is a preferred option of many of our development investors, without taking security over the land holding entity.
